Abstract |
|
|
The mission in
this paper is to assess the qualitative and quantitative
characteristics of the Harare water and accept or reject the
alternative hypothesis (H1) that the Harare water has the
potential to degenerate into a ticking time bomb or an accident
waiting to happen in the short to long term. After a thorough
investigation on both the qualitative and quantitative
characteristics of the Harare Water, the potential for a ticking
time bomb and a fatal accident waiting to happen is very real.
Keywords: Qualitative, quantitative, characteristics,
Harare, water, ticking.
