Open-access mandate is a policy adopted by a
research institution, research funder, or government which
requires researchers—usually university faculty or research
staff and/or research grant recipients—to make their published,
peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers open
access.
Merit Research Journals (MRJ's) Publishing
Corporation provides immediate open access to its content once
it is published to support global exchange of knowledge.
Authors of articles published in any of our journals remain the
copyright holders and grant third parties the right to use,
reproduce and share the article according to the
Creative Commons license agreement.
All issues of our journals are available online for free without
any charge to download or print each article.
Merit Research Journals Publishing Corporation is committed to
disseminating its research and scholarship as widely as
possible. In view of this, and for the primary purpose of making
our scholarly articles widely and freely accessible, each author
upon submission agrees to grant to Merit Research Journals
Publishing Corporation a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide
license to exercise any and all rights under copyright relating
to his scholarly article, for the purpose of making it widely
and freely available in an open access format.
